DallasMorningNews:Daughter found strangled, father hanged himself in Collin County home
A former Lucas City Council member hanged himself and his daughter was strangled, Collin County officials said after their bodies were found Sunday evening.

DallasMorningNews:Suspect identified after windows shot at Richardson church
Ryan Taylor McFaul, 32, is accused of shooting pellets at double-pane gallery windows at the church in the 1400 block of West Arapaho Road. The pellets broke through the outer pane of the window but did not reach the inside of the building.
The church said later that the man had taken responsibility for the vandalism.
“He claims his reason for targeting our church was that he was cut off in traffic from someone exiting our parking lot months ago,” Thompson-White wrote.
