Lots of nuance but the nugget is a couple of Mueller investigators mention an insurance plan to prevent successful Trump presidency.

CNBC: Nearly one-quarter of teens are using pot
* Of eighth, 10th and 12th graders surveyed, 24 percent said they’ve used marijuana in the past year, according to research from the University of Michigan.
* Fewer high school seniors disapprove of using marijuana and see “great risk” in smoking it occasionally.
* Students are vaping marijuana and nicotine. Critics warn it’s not just the flavors but the sleek and discreet design of some e-cigarette brands, such as market leader JUUL, that attract kids.

CNBC: Twitter shares soar to highest level since October 2016
* The social media’s stock hit $23.24, its highest level since Oct. 5, 2016, when it traded as high as $25.25 a share.
* Jonathan Krinsky of MKM Partners said Twitter’s stock was breaking out of a two-year range on Thursday.
* Twitter shares have rallied sharply this year, advancing nearly 40 percent in that time period.

CNBC: Delta Air Lines buys 100 Airbus planes, a loss for Boeing
* Delta Air Lines is buying 100 Airbus narrow-body jets.
* Agreement includes option for 100 additional A321neo airplanes.
* The buy comes amid an ongoing trade dispute in which Boeing alleges Bombardier sold planes to Delta below the cost of production.

CNBC: Trial of Shkreli’s lawyer interrupted by ‘potentially career-ending allegations’ about government official
* The trial of Martin Shkreli’s business lawyer Evan Greebel was interrupted by “potentially career-ending allegations” about a government official.
* Greebel is accused of helping Shkreli pull off a scam to repay defrauded hedge fund investors with assets from the drug company Retrophin.
* The “serious” claims are related to what an investor in Retrophin was told by government officials after the FBI contacted him.

The Local:Norway on Wednesday completed its transition to digital radio, becoming the first country in the world to shut down national broadcasts of its FM radio network despite some grumblings.

The transition concerns only national radio channels. Most local stations continue to broadcast in FM.
Other countries like Switzerland, Britain and Denmark are due to follow suit in the coming years.

Bloomberg: Facebook and regulators in 2018
